2. Agreement for repair

All our services are ordered online, by phone, or personal appointment, all orders and appointments are registered in our system during the current repair case.

3. Expedition

Mentech handles all repairs within 24 hours, if the spare part is in stock. If the spare part is to be ordered home, it is determined by the current supplier's inventory of delivery time. You will always be kept informed via our automatic SMS info system.

4. Shipping

We try as far as possible to ship orders and repairs on the same day the parts are received or the repair is completed. We also ship parcels abroad, as well as to Greenland and the Faroe Islands. We deliver with UPS, Post Denmark, GLS and TNT. We can pick up and deliver worldwide.

5. Shipping Rates

In principle, the price of a shipment depends on the service available for the case.

6. Pricing

Prices quoted in eg. the offer content, sales estimates, etc. are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. All prices in connection with payment are stated including 25% VAT. Our typical normal shipping is DKK 129 and includes packing and shipping of all kinds of notebooks and mobile devices. PCs / servers / TVs etc. have individual shipping options and are agreed upon subsequently.

7. Payment

Payment is made via an SSL connection and handled by ePay, www.epay.dk. This means that your data is encrypted and cannot be unauthorized. The information from your debit card does not reach Mentech, but is handled exclusively by ePay. When we process your acceptance / order, we will withdraw the approved amount in your account.

8. Cancellation

Any spare parts are order items and the right of cancellation lapses when they are received from the supplier, typically after 1-2 business days. Started services such as backup, reinstallation, tender submission, etc. cannot be undone.

9. Warranty and Claim

The right of complaint for individuals includes all errors that can be referred to product errors or errors that arise from normal use of the product. This does not include natural wear and tear, improper use of the product or the like, nor any damage that comes under insurance or similar.

10. Terms & Acceptance

When you shop at Mentech, you as a customer agree to our overall terms of trade.

12. Storage of cases

We will keep your case for up to 3 months. If the case is not picked up after the expiry of the three months, or after a scrap warning, a fee of 300 DKK is imposed and the case is scrapped without further notice.

13. Code and software

Code and software developed by Mentech A / S may not be copied or redistributed to parties other than the company itself. This can only be done by written agreement between the parties, Mentech A / S and the customer.

14. Reservation

Mentech A / S makes reservations for typos, sold-out items and force majeure - including delivery failure from our suppliers.

15. Data & backup

In the case of troubleshooting or repair, data may be lost, so it is always required to backup before submission.
Mentech A / S is in no way responsible for data loss in connection with repair or troubleshooting.

16. Service agreements
  • Free troubleshooting is offered on the agreement's registered serial / imei number up to and including the end of the agreement.
  • Free unit cleaning is offered once a year within the validity of the agreement.
  • By using free hotline support, hardware troubleshooting and repair help is provided
